See the photo's of the trashy house in a post I did?
My husband and I were down at my daughters house doing yard work and the guy that made the mess pulled up to that house and went up to the front porch to read the three notices tacked to the door. I heard him mumbling to his girlfriend in the truck that now he had to clean up the garage! He looked over at us and yelled, Ha! How do you like THAT for raising the property values!?
WTF? Then tore off down the road in his truck.
My daughter went over to the house to read the notices. One said that they have been doing repairs without permits...another one said something about the upkeep of the property etc etc etc. Why he was bitching at us, who knows. We just wanted this guy to take care of his property while he lived there.
